Yoga

Form a new healthy habit with our free weekly yoga class! Please bring your own mat.

Pilates
Mondays, 6:45 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.

Lynne Cochran will lead this ongoing class of total body toning movements.
Bring an exercise mat and water. There is no fee for this adults-only class.
This relaxing, yet challenging class accommodates all levels of fitness.

Lynne is a certified ACE group fitness instructor and personal trainer with a degree in fitness management.

Tuesdays, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Do you like knitting, crocheting, good conversation and having fun? Then come and join us every Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. New members welcome!

Fridays, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
