Exhibitor Application

Bridgeville Public Library & South Fayette Township Library Mini-con is a celebration of comic books, graphic novels, comic art, anime, movies, and more.

Mini-Con will be held at Bridgeville Public Library on Saturday, May 30^th, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Tables will be located throughout the library. One table 30” x 60” and two chairs will be available for each exhibitor; exhibitors are permitted to bring their own tables if preferred.

Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to arrive prior to the event and stay until the end of the event.

Load in and set-up will be available on Friday, May 29^th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. or Saturday, May 30^th starting at 9:00 a.m.

Exhibitors that are selling items are also asked to donate an item(s), valued between $5.00 and $15.00 to be included in gift prizes for contests.

Exhibitors acknowledge that Bridgeville Public Library Mini-Con is a family event and all items displayed must be appropriate for all ages Exhibitors shall comply with all local, state and federal laws including but not limited to taxes Exhibitors are responsible for set up and removal of all items Neither Bridgeville Public Library, nor its employees are liable for (1) any theft or damage of property that occurs (2) any injury sustained to any degree attributable to, or in any way relative to the exhibition
