January 4, 2021
All in-person library services are currently suspended. Limited library staff are available Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to provide phone assistance and contact-free pickup. This change will remain in effect until further notice.
Curbside Pickup Service will be available Monday through Friday during library hours listed above. Please place your requests online using the library catalog. You will receive an e-mail or phone call when your items are available for pickup at the library.
APPOINTMENTS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. This will help ensure expedited service when you arrive. Schedule an appointment by visiting our online calendar or calling the library at 412.221.3737.
When you arrive at the library, please park in any designated Curbside Pickup space in front of the building. Call 412.221.3737 when you arrive. Library staff will deliver your items in a paper bag to the trunk of your car.
We will be accepting returns. You can place library materials in the book return located at the library front entrance 24/7. We quarantine all returns for 96 hours. For oversized items, please return them during library staff hours using the oversized bin located next to the book return.
We are not accepting book donations, meeting room reservations, or scheduling any in-person library volunteers at this time.
The library computers will not be available during this time.
Print, copy, fax, and scanning services will be available using curbside pickup. Please contact the library to coordinate your request (412.221.3737).
We will continue to offer programs virtually. We will announce these programs through our library newsletter (subscribe here) and the Bridgeville Public Library Facebook page. Visit the library’s YouTube Channel for playlists which include all of our virtual programs.
Curbside Pickup Service will be available to pick up Take and Make kits for Youth Services, Teen, and Adult programming. Kits are typically available at the beginning of each month.
If you have questions, please call (412.221.3737) or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) the library.
Please check your email for further updates about reopening the library building and in-person library services. We appreciate your patience and look forward to safely serving you soon.
