Summer Reading is Here!

Bridgeville Public Library’s Summer Reading program starts June 14th at the end of our Summer Reading Kick off program!

Check out our Programming Booklet for all our programs for the summer and sign up through our Event Calendar.

Kids Summer Reading will be similar to previous years. Children will turn in their completed registration form, and take home their reading log. On the log they will color in for every 15 minutes they read. For each hour read kids will earn one ticket to use to enter into our end of summer drawing for a prize! After 10 hours children will earn a free book and an invite to a bowling party in August at the Mt. Lebanon Lanes.

After completing 10 hours children are welcome to continue reading to earn more tickets and more free books!

Teen Summer Reading is going to be a series of challenges! If you complete any challenge, you’ll receive a ticket that will go towards our raffle for prizes! Every time you complete something on our challenge list, bring it up to the front desk for a ticket!

The last day to turn in reading logs is August 3rd at our end of Summer Back-to-Howarts Party!
