Libraries are doing more than just housing books to circulate. Check out some of these unique items you can now get at the Bridgeville Public Library.
Here is a list of items you can checkout from the library, that are not books!
Everything you need for Storytime at home! Check out a Storytime Bundle, which contains 5 themed books, activity pages with rhymes, songs, early literacy tips and project ideas, and two shaker eggs. Stop by or call the library to see which themes are available!
Bridgeville Public Library started circulating board games in 2018. You can see the full list of items at our library in our Board Game Brochure. There are many more games you can order from throughout the county.

Bridgeville Public Library has several WiFi Hotspots patrons can borrow. You cannot order WiFi Hotspots through the catalog, you must either come into the library or call to put them on hold. Hotspots are checked out for a 1 week period, with no renewals, and must be returned inside the Bridgeville Library. To checkout a hotspot you must be aged 18+ and your library card must be in good standing.
American Girl Dolls
Each American Girl Doll comes in a case for easy transport. Accompanying the doll will be a hairbrush, some informational flyers, an American Girl Book, clothes, bedding, and a notebook for your child to write their fun adventures with the American Girl Doll down in.

Preschool Grab Bags
Preschool Grab Bags each have a different theme to help your child learn. Bridgeville Library’s grab bags are Birds, Transportation, and Shapes. There are many more you can order in from other libraries through the online catalog. Provided through the Allegheny County Library Association.
Bridgeville Public Library has a plethora of puppets you can borrow from the library. Puppets cannot be put on hold, and they must be returned at Bridgeville Public Library, and not in the book drop. You can view the entire listing of our puppets in the catalog.
